摘 要:[目的/意义]随着数字技术的迅速发展和普及,"数字素养"成为研究领域颇受关注的话题,构建高校教师数字素养评价指标,将教师的数字素养利用统一标准进行准确评定,便于高校有目的、有原则的进行数字素养推进工作。[方法/过程]本研究构建了高校教师数字素养评价指标体系,包括5个维度,18个指标,5个维度分别为数字技术使用、数字信息管理、数字内容创造、数字社群构建和数字安全能力。通过调查问卷收集相关数据,利用定量分析方法对所构建的评价体系的合理性进行检验。[结果/结论]本研究不但为高校数字素养培养工作提供必要的标准,而且弥补了目前相关研究中的不足,具有较重要的现实和理论意义。[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development and popularity of digital technology,digital literacy has become a hot topic in the academic field.Constructing the evaluation index of college teachers digital literacy and accurately evaluating teachers digital literacy with unified standard was convenient for universities to promote digital literacy in a purposeful and principled way.[Method/Process]This study constructed the evaluation index system of University Teachers digital literacy,which included 5 dimensions,18 indicators,and the 5 dimensions were digital technology use,digital information management,digital content creation,digital community construction and digital security capability.The related data were collected through questionnaires,and the rationality of the evaluation system was tested by quantitative analysis.[Result/Conclusion]This study provided a necessary standard for the training of digital literacy in universities,and also made up for the deficiencies in related studies,which had important practical and theoretical significance.
