摘 要:本实验用橘皮果胶来改性纳米铁吸附碱性品红,用橘皮果胶来改性纳米铁,可以提高纳米铁对碱性品红的吸附。本文从吸附剂制备工艺的角度研究了橘皮果胶的质量浓度、改性纳米零价铁的投加量、活性剂羟甲基纤维素钠的投加量、吸附时间、温度、碱性品红的初始浓度对染料去除的效果,结果表明:在橘皮果胶质量浓度为2. 58%,将0. 02 g改性纳米零价铁和0. 1 g活性剂羟甲基纤维素钠投加到50 m L初始浓度为12 mg/L碱性品红溶液中,吸附时间60 min,吸附温度为60℃,改性纳米零价铁对碱性品红的吸附效果较好,改性纳米零价铁吸附碱性品红溶液遵循准一级反应动力学模型,平衡浓度对吸附量的影响符合Langmuir吸附模型,是以化学吸附为主。In this experiment,pectin was used to modify nano-iron to adsorb basic fuchsin,and pectin was used to modify nano-iron,which could improve the adsorption of nano-iron on basic fuchsin. In this paper,the mass concentration of pectin,the dosage of modified nano-zero-valent iron,the dosage of active agent hydroxymethylcellulose sodium,adsorption time,temperature,and basic fuchsine were studied from the perspective of the preparation process of adsorbent. The effect of initial concentration on dye removal showed that the pectin concentration was 2. 58%,and 0. 02 g of modified nano-zero-valent iron and 0. 1 g of active agent sodium carboxymethylcellulose were added in 12 mg/L of the basic fuchsin solution with the initial concentration of 50 mL,in condition that the adsorption time was 60 mins and the adsorption temperature was 60℃,the modified nano-zero-valent iron had better adsorption effect on the basic fuchsin. The modified nano-zero-valent iron adsorbed the basic fuchsin solution according to pseudo first-order reaction kinetics model and the effect of equilibrium concentration on the adsorption amount was consistent with the Langmuir adsorption model,which was based on chemical adsorption.
