摘　　要：高校助理班主任作为高校学生思想教育与管理队伍的有益补充,管理需要完善的制度保障,文章拟从完善准入制度、培训制度、激励制度和考评制度等方面探讨助理班主任管理模式的创新。As a beneficial supplement to the ideological education and management team of college students,the management of assistant head teachers in colleges and universities needs a perfect system guarantee.This paper intends to discuss the innovation of the management mode of assistant head teachers from the aspects of improving the access,training system,incentive system and evaluation system.
