三段画线法重睑线设计的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探求一种良好的重睑线画线设计方法。方法:于瞳孔上方、外眦角内侧约5mm、外眦隐裂上缘线的中点、内眦角外侧约3mm处定A、B、C、D四点,连接AB、BC、AD三段线构成重睑线,对双侧设计点、中段线、全重睑设计线进行分步比较调整,保证对称性。收集2016年1月-2017年12月行双侧切开法重睑成形术者的临床资料,观察其临床效果。结果:本组共331例,662只眼,均于术后7d拆线,重睑线形态良好,眼睑闭合良好。随访3个月～半年以上,外形自然,无睑外翻,无眼睑闭合不全,未出现切口增生性瘢痕,298例达到满意效果(满意率为90.0%),33例为基本满意,无不满意者。结论:三段画线重睑线设计法结合合适的去皮设计是一种简单明确、准确率高、适应范围广、满意度较高的重睑线设计法。Objective To explore a good design method of double eyelid line drawing. Methods Points A was identified at the upper edge of the pupil. Point B was identified at the inner edge of the lateral canthus about 5mm. Point C was identified at the midpoint of the upper subfissure line of the lateral canthus. Point D was the lateral edge of the inner canthus about 3mm. The double eyelid line was formed by connecting line AB, BC and AD, and the double-eyelid design line was adjusted step by step to ensure symmetry. We collected the clinical data of double eyelid plasty by bilateral incision from January 2016 to December 2017 and observed its clinical effect. Results There were 331 cases, 662 eyes. The stitches were removed seven days after surgery. The double eyelid line was well formed and the eyelid closes well. Patients were followed up for 3 months to more than 6 months. The appearance was natural, no ectropion, no hypophasis, no incision hypertrophic scar. 298 cases achieved satisfactory effect (satisfaction rate was 90.0%), 33 cases were basically satisfied, all satisfied. Conclusion The method of designing double eyelid line with three-section drawing line combined with appropriately removing skin design is a simple and clear method. It is a method with high accuracy, wide adaptability and high satisfaction.
