温阳益气针灸方对单纯性肥胖症血脂代谢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析温阳益气针灸方治疗单纯性肥胖对患者血脂代谢功能的影响。方法:选取笔者医院2016年10月-2018年3月收治的106例单纯性肥胖症患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用针刺方法治疗,观察组患者采用温阳益气针灸方治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者气虚质积分、肥胖度、体脂百分率、身体质量指数(BMI)、腹腔内脏脂肪面积(VFA)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者脂联素水平高于对照组,瘦素(Leptin)、神经肽Y(NPY)水平低于对照组,空腹血脂指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳益气针灸方治疗单纯性肥胖症可改善患者血脂代谢功能,降低肥胖度、体脂百分率、BMI及VFA水平。Objective To analyze the effect of Wenyang Yiqi Acupuncture and moxibustion recipe (WYYQA) on blood lipid metabolism in patients with simple obesity. Methods 106 patients with simple obesity admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to March 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture, and the patients in the observation group were treated with the prescription of warming yang and tonifying qi. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the scores of Qi deficiency, fat degree, percentage of body fat, body mass index (BMI), abdominal visceral fat area (VFA) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), the adiponectin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The level of leptin (Leptin), neuropeptide Y (NPY) was lower than that of the control group, and the fasting blood lipid level was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of simple obesity with Wenyang Yiqi Acupuncture and moxibustion recipe can improve the function of blood lipid metabolism, reduce the fat degree, and the percentage of body fat and the level of BMI-VFA.
