摘 要:为了制备高固含量流动性良好的SiC-Si料浆,以SiC粉和Si粉为主要原料,分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)、聚乙二醇(PEG400),用分析纯HCl、NH_3·H_2O调节料浆的pH,采用注浆成型法制备水基SiC-Si料浆。研究了分散剂的种类、添加量以及浆体的pH对SiC-Si料浆性能的影响。结果表明:外加质量分数分别为0. 25%的PVP、0. 85%的PEG400、0. 21%的SHMP作为复合分散剂,调节pH至8. 7左右时,可以得到黏度为135 mPa·s的固相体积分数为45%的稳定分散的SiC-Si料浆。This work aims at preparing SiC-Si slurry with high solid content and good fluidity.Water-based SiC-Si slurry was prepared by the grouting method using SiC powder and Si powder as the main raw materials,and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP),sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) and polyethylene glycol (PEG400) as the dispersants.The pH value of the slurry was adjusted by analytically pure HCl and NH 3·H2O.The effects of the type and addition of the dispersing agent as well as the pH value of the slurry on the properties of the SiC-Si slurry were studied.The results show that using a composite dispersant of 0.25%PVP+0.85%PEG400+0.21% SHMP (by mass),when the pH value is around 8.7,a stable SiC-Si dispersed slurry with a solid phase volume fraction of 45% and a viscosity of 135 mPa·s was obtained.
