摘  要:为了更好地阐述聚合物对耐火材料性能的影响,对比研究了纯铝酸钙水泥和聚合草酸铝(多齿配位聚合物)作为结合剂对铝镁质、铝硅质、刚玉质、刚玉-尖晶石质浇注料性能的影响,同时还对比了氧化铝溶胶、水合氧化铝(ρ-Al_2O_3)和聚合草酸铝3种结合剂对刚玉浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:1)聚合草酸铝结合浇注料的高温抗折强度和1 600℃热处理后的常温强度较低,而200℃干燥后的常温强度接近; 2)聚合草酸铝结合浇注料的抗热震性(1 100℃水冷)和抗渣侵蚀性能较好; 3)与氧化铝溶胶和水合氧化铝相比,聚合草酸铝结合的刚玉浇注料不需要添加减水剂,加水量明显偏少,200℃烘烤后的显气孔率低,体积密度大,常温强度高。In order to study the influence of polymers on the properties of refractory materials,the effects of pure calcium aluminate cement and polymeric aluminum oxalate (polydentate coordination polymer) as the binder on the properties of alumina magnesia,alumina silica,corundum and corundum spinel based refractory castables were compared.Meanwhile,the effects of alumina sol,hydrated alumina (ρ-Al2O3) and polymeric aluminum oxalate as binder on the properties of corundum based castables were compared.The results show that:(1)the castables with the polymeric aluminum oxalate as the binder have lower HMOR and MOR after heat treatment at 1600 ℃ but similar cold strength after drying at 200 ℃ compared with the castables with cement as the binder;2)the castables with the polymeric aluminum oxalate as the binder have better the thermal shock resistance (1100 ℃,water quenching) and the slag erosion resistance than the castables with cement as the binder;3)for corundum castables,compared with alumina sol and hydrated alumina,polymeric aluminum oxalate as binder needs no water reducing agent and obviously less water addition;after baking at 200 ℃ the castable has lower apparent porosity,higher bulk density and cold strength.
