摘  要:为了提高Al_2O_3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料的性能,在其配料中分别添加2%(w)粒度分布、平均粒度、比表面积、纯度和无定形度均不相同的三种SiO_2微粉(92SiO_2微粉、95SiO_2微粉和99SiO_2微粉),比较了Al_2O_3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料的流动性、显气孔率、烧后线变化、常温强度、热态强度和抗渣性等。结果表明:1)含95SiO_2微粉的浇注料流动性整体上好于含92SiO_2微粉的;含99SiO_2微粉的浇注料早期流动性较好,但随时间衰减较快。2)烘干试样的显气孔率差别较大,含92SiO_2微粉试样的最小,含99SiO_2微粉试样的最大。3)含99SiO_2微粉的试样烧后收缩或膨胀均最小,体积稳定性最好。4)含不同SiO_2微粉的试样常温抗折强度相差不大。5)含92SiO_2微粉或99SiO_2微粉的试样高温抗折强度较优。6)含92SiO_2微粉的试样抗渣性最差,含99SiO_2微粉的试样抗渣性最好。In order to improve the properties of Al2O3-SiC-C castables for iron runner,three kinds of SiO2 micropowders (w (SiO2) is 92%,95%,and 99%) with different particle size distribution,average particle sizes,specific surface area,purities and amorphous degrees were separately added to the Al2O3-SiC-C castables,and the fluidity,apparent porosity,linear change rate after heat treatment,cold strength,hot strength and slag resistance of the Al2O3-SiC-C castables were compared.The results show that:(1)the fluidity of the castables containing 95% SiO2 micropowder is better than that of the castables with 92% SiO2 micropowder;the early fluidity of the castables with 99% SiO2 micropowder is good but declines fast with the time;(2)the apparent porosity of the dried specimens varies much,the castables containing 92% silica micropowder have the minimum value and the castables with 99% silica micropowder have the maximum value;(3)the specimen containing 99% silica micropowder has the minimum shrinkage or expansion rate thus the best volume stability after firing;(4)the cold modulus of rupture of the specimens have no significant difference;(5)the castables with 92% or 99% silica micropowder have high hot modulus of rupture;(6)the castables with 92% silica micropowder have the worst slag resistance,and the castables with 99% silica micropowder have the best slag resistance.
