双胎母乳喂养现况调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解本地区部分双胞胎母乳喂养现状,为制定双胎母乳喂养支持策略提供依据。方法电话随访234名双胞胎母亲其婴儿母乳喂养情况。结果双胎在1个月、4个月和6个月的纯母乳喂养率分别为27. 78%、20. 30%和15. 17%; 45%的母亲终止母乳喂养的原因为自觉母乳量不足; 59. 8%的母亲认为医护人员是其母乳喂养知识的主要来源; 62. 8%的夫妻和老人同住照顾婴儿。结论双胎6个月内母乳喂养率较低,要发挥医护人员和以家庭成员为中心的社会支持力量共同促进双胎母乳喂养。Objective To understand the current situation investigation and analysis about breastfeeding of twins in our area in order to provide basis for formulating supporting strategy about improving breastfeeding of twins.Methods A total of 234 mothers of twins were investigated through telephone interviews about breastfeeding status of twins.Results The exclusive breastfeeding rates of twins at 1m,4m,6m were 27.78%,20.30%,15.17%,respectively.And the reason of stopping breastfeeding in 45%of mothers was insufficient milk supply,and about 59.8%of mothers thought that the main resourse of breastfeeding knowledge came from doctors and nurses,moreover,62.8%of couples lived with their parents in order to take care of the babies.Conclusion The exclusive breastfeeding rate of twins at 6m is lower,thus,it is necessary to combine the medical staff and families to improve the current situation investigation of breastfeeding of twins.
