系统化专科护理对幕上脑膜瘤术后早期癫痫发作的影响

摘　　要：目的探究系统化专科护理对幕上脑膜瘤术后早期癫痫发作的影响。方法将2016年9月至2017年12月术后早期癫痫发作的86例患者采用随机分组的方法分为对照组与试验组,每组43例。对照组实施传统护理方法,试验组实施系统化专科护理,比较2组患者的临床疗效和统计学差异。结果试验组患者治疗后TNF-α、HMGB1、IL-6指标含量显著低于对照组,SOD指标含量显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),癫痫态度评分、躯体功能评分、记忆/注意力评分、癫痫影响评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。试验组护理效果显著优于对照组,且有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。试验组患者颅内再出血、中枢性高热发生情况显著少于常规治疗组(P <0. 05)。结论对于幕上脑膜瘤术后合并早期癫痫的患者,系统化专科护理能有效的减少住院期间不良事件发生率,改善的生活质量,提高护理效果。Objective To investigate the effects of systematic specific nursing on the early epileptic seizure after supratentorial meningioma surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with early epileptic seizure after supratentorial meningioma surgery who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 43 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by systematic specific nursing.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the levels of TNF-α,HMGB1,IL-6 in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,SOD levels were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,the epilepsy attitude scores,physical function scores,memory/concentration scores and epilepsy affect scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing effects in experimental group were superior to those in control group,moreover,the incidence rates of intracranial rehemorrhage and central hyperthermia in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with early epileptic seizure after supratentorial meningioma surgery,the systematic specific nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events during hospitalization,improve the quality of life and improve the effects of clinical nursing.
