前瞻性针对护理对脑出血偏瘫患者独立生活能力与神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前瞻性针对护理对脑出血偏瘫患者独立生活能力与神经功能的影响。方法对2014年4月至2016年4月就诊的脑出血偏瘫患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中2014年4月至2015年4月实施常规干预的患者为对照组,共75例; 2015年5月至2016年4月实施前瞻性针对干预的患者为观察组,共70例。比较2组患者干预前后偏瘫治疗结果、独立生活能力与神经功能的差异。结果观察组干预后偏瘫治疗效果明显优于对照组,独立生活能力BI评分、NCSE评分(包括理解力、注意力、定向力、组织结构、命名、判断力及记忆力)、FIM评分(包括转移、交流、行走、自我照顾、社会认知及括约肌控制)均明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用前瞻性针对护理方法可以有效提高偏瘫治疗效果,改善患者独立生活能力及神经功能,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effects of prospective nursing on independent living ability and neurological function of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral haemorrhage.Methods Seventy five patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral haemorrhage who underwent routine nursing in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled as control group.Moreover 70 patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral haemorrhage who were treated by prospective nursing in our hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were enrolled as observation group.The retrospective analysis of clinical data of the patients in both groups was performed to compare the differences of therapeutic effects,independent living ability and neurological function between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effects in observation group were superior to those in control group.The BI scores,NCSE scores including comprehension,attention,orientation,organizational structure,naming,judgment and memory as well as FIM scores including transfer,communication,walking,self-care,social awareness and sphincter control in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The prospective nursing can improve the independent living ability and neurological function of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral haemorrhage,thus,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
