预注不同小剂量罗库溴铵对米库氯铵药效的影响

摘　　要：目的针对进行不同小剂量的罗库溴铵预注会对使用米库氯铵的药效产生的影响进行探索和分析。方法选择2016年4月至2017年7月耳鼻喉科接受治疗且拟行手术的患者160例,随机分成4组:A组设为空白对照组,行以3 ml 0. 9%氯化钠溶液预注; B组～D组均分别行以不同小剂量的罗库溴铵(分别为0. 06、0. 075、0. 1 mg/kg),随后静注米库氯铵插管给药,观察结果。结果经过不同的小剂量预注,罗库溴铵对于米库氯铵的药效产生了一定的影响,和A组相对比,其他3组的起效时间均有显著的缩短(P <0. 05);不过3组比较,预注剂量增加并没有影响到米库氯铵起效的时间(P> 0. 05)。和A组相对比,其他3组无反应期有明显延长(P <0. 05),T1恢复至25%以及75%时间明显延长(P <0. 05),但恢复指数没有显著增加(P> 0. 05)。结论在耳鼻喉科临床治疗的过程当中,对于接受米库氯铵治疗的患者行以小剂量的罗库溴铵,不会影响到米库氯铵的药效,而且不同的预注剂量也不会对药物的作用产生明显的差异影响。Objective To investigate the effects of different low-dose rocuronium preinjection on the efficacy of mivacurium chloride. MethodsA total of 160 patients who were treated in Depatment of ENT of our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into four groups:the patients in group A (blank group control group) were preinjected 0.9 % sodium chloride solution 3ml,the patients in group B,C,D were preinjected with different doses of rocuronium (0.06,0.075,0.1mg/kg,respectively),then the patients were given mivacurium chloride by intubation medication.The outcomes were observed and compared among the four groups. ResultsAfter preinjection with different doses of rocuronium, which had a certain effect on the efficacy of mivacurium chloride.As compared with that in group A,the onset time in the other three groups was significantly shortened ( P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the onset time among the the three groups ( P >0.05).As compared with that in group A,the T1 recovery time (recovered to 25% and 75% was significantly prolonged in the other three groups,however, the recovery index was not increased significantly ( P >0.05). ConclusionDuring the treatment in department of ENT,small doses of rocuronium bromide in patients who are by mivacurium chloride has no affects on the efficacy of mivacurium chloride,moreover, the different preinjection doses have no obvious effects on the efficacy of mivacurium chloride.
