摘　　要：目的探讨分级护理对心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选择收治的160例心力衰竭患者,均为2011年2月至2015年12月接收并医治,采用任意随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。将常规性的药物治疗方案应用在2组患者的治疗过程中,治疗时对照组只接受一般性护理,治疗组除接受常规护理外,还采用分级护理方式进行干预治疗,干预周期均为3个月。结果治疗组与对照组护理后服药依从性评分分别为(27. 56±2. 13)分和(23. 11±3. 09)分,明显高于护理前的(16. 09±2. 56)分和(16. 20±3. 15)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组护理后左心室收缩末内径和舒张末内径明显低于护理前(P <0. 05),护理后治疗组心室收缩末内径和舒张末内径明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组护理后身体、情绪、社会、家庭评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论分级护理在心力衰竭患者的应用能提高长期服药依从性,促进心功能改善,有利于生活质量的提高,有很好的应用价值。Objective To investigate the effects of grading nursing on cardiac function of patients with heart failure. MethodsA total of 160 patients with heart failure who were admitted and treated in our hjospital from February 2011 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n =80) and the control group ( n =80). The patients in both groups were received conventional drug treatment,and the patients in control group were received routine care during treatment,however,the patients in treatment group ,on the basis of control group, were given grading nursing intervention,with a intervention course of three months for both groups. ResultsThe medication compliance scores in treatment group and control group after treatment were (27.56±2.13) points and (23.11±3.09) points,respectively, which were significantly higher than those before treatment [(16.09±2.56) points and (16.20±3.15) points,respectively],there were significant differences in group comparison and between two groups ( P <0.05).The left ventricular end-systolic and end-diastolic diameter inner diameter after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05),moreover, which in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P <0.05).The physical,emotional,social,family scores in treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). ConclusionThe grading nursing in application for the patients with heart failure can improve long-term medication compliance,promote the improvement of cardiac function so as to improve the life quality of patients, therefor, it is great application value in clinical practice.
