摘 要:文中主要研究了用于预应力高强混凝土桩的C80蒸养混凝土的制备影响因素。通过S95矿粉、I级粉煤灰和石膏的掺入,研究其对混凝土力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,以石膏作为碱性激发剂S95矿粉在混凝土中用量20%时,混凝土的7d蒸养抗压强度可以达到88.7MPa。当矿粉掺量为15.0%、I级粉煤灰掺量5.0%,石膏掺量2.0%时的混凝土抗压强度达到最好,7d蒸养抗压强度可以达到91.5MPa。This paper mainly studied the factors that influence the preparation of C80 steam curing concrete which used for pre-stressed high strength concrete piles. We studied the effect of mineral admixtures including I grade fly ash, S95 slag and gypsum addition to concrete on the mechanical properties. The results showed that when gypsum was added as a activator with the content of 20% S95 slag in the C80 steam curing concrete, 7d steam curing compressive strength was 88.7MPa, whereas, 5.0% I grade fly ash and 15.0% S95 slag with 2.0% gypsum were added in the concrete, the compressive strength was the best, in which 7d steam curing compressive strength was 91.5MPa.
