摘 要:为了分析桥台在施工过程中产生竖向裂缝的原因,通过Midas/FEA建立三维实体模型,考虑混凝土的材料非线性,选用旋转型的总应变裂缝模型,在大气降温、混凝土收缩和水化热等作用下,对桥台开裂原因及裂缝的发展过程进行非线性计算分析,结合实际裂缝发展情况,找到桥台开裂原因并提出裂缝的防治措施。结果表明,Midas/FEA的总应变裂缝模型可有效分析混凝土的开裂行为。In order to analyze the causes of vertical cracks in abutment during construction,a three-dimensional solid model was established by Midas/FEA.Considering the material nonlinearity of concrete,a rotating total strain crack model was selected.Under the action of atmospheric cooling,concrete shrinkage and hydration heat,the causes of abutment cracks and the development of cracks were analyzed by nonlinear calculation.Combining with the actual crack development,the causes of abutment cracking were found and the prevention measures were put forward.The results show that the total strain crack model of Midas/FEA can effectively analyze the cracking situation of concrete.
