摘 要:某核电厂给水除氧器疏水管道焊接接头开裂,通过对失效管道进行微观检查、化学成分分析及硬度试验,并结合系统疏水管道运行工况进行分析,结果表明焊接不良与疏水调节阀间歇性启闭导致的疲劳是焊接接头开裂的直接原因。通过对接头开裂机理的分析,提出避免此类焊接接头开裂的预防措施,进一步保障系统安全稳定运行。The welding joint of the hydrophobic pipe of the water supply deaerator of the nuclear power plant was cracked.The microscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis and hardness test of the failed pipeline were combined with the operating conditions of the system's hydrophobic pipeline.The results show that the welding is poor and the hydrophobic regulating valve is intermittently opened and closed are the direct cause of cracking of the welded joint.Through the analysis of the cracking mechanism of the joint,the preventive measures to avoid the cracking of such welded joints are proposed to further ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
