摘　　要：目的 调查某院糖尿病患者用药依从性及影响因素,为提高患者用药依从性提供参考。方法 临床药师对某院内分泌科2017年下半年住院患者使用问卷调查方式收集数据,并通过统计软件分析数据。结果 共400例糖尿病患者接受调查,回收有效调查表392份,有效应答率为98.0%。在392例接受调查患者中,完全依从性患者122例(31.1%),部分依从性患者242例(61.7%),非依从性患者28例(7.1%);他人因素、医务人员因素、经济因素等为影响患者用药依从性的主要因素。结论 临床药师可依据调查结果,针对影响依从性的各种因素,采取相应措施,提高患者用药依从性。Objective To investigate the medication compliance and influencing factors of diabetic patients in a hospital,to provide reference for improving the patients'medication compliance.Methods The data of in-patients in the department of endocrinology during the third and fourth quarters of 2017 were collected in a questionnaire survey by clinical pharmacists,and analyzed through statistical software.Results A total of 400 patients with diabetes mellitus were surveyed,recycling 392 effective questionnaire,with the effective response rate of 98.0%.Among the 392 patients surveyed,122 patients(31.1%)were fully compliant,242 patients(61.7%)were partial compliant,and 28 patients(7.1%)were non-compliant.Other factors,medical personnel factors,economic factors were the main factors influencing patients'medication compliance.Conclusion According to the investigation results,the clinical pharmacists can take corresponding measures to improve the compliance of patients.
