摘　　要：目的 探讨催眠镇痛在低危产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年2月至2016年8月本院住院分娩120例低危产妇进行研究,用随机分组表分为干预组(催眠镇痛干预,60例)和常规组(常规分娩,60例),比较两组产妇分娩时疼痛、分娩方式、经阴道分娩会阴裂伤情况及新生儿窒息、产后出血发生率。结果 干预组分娩时VAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患者剖宫产率低于常规组(8.33%比28.33%,P<0.05)。干预组经阴道分娩产妇会阴裂伤程度低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组新生儿窒息、产后出血发生率均低于常规组(1.67%比13.33%,0.00%比10.00%,P<0.05)。结论 催眠镇痛在低危产妇分娩中实施能减轻产妇疼痛,降低剖宫产发生率,减轻会阴部裂伤程度,降低相关妊娠并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of hypnotic analgesia in low-risk maternal delivery.Methods 120 case of low-risk maternal in our hospital during Feb.,2016 and Aug.,2016 were selected as studying object,and were divided into intervention group(hypnotic analgesia intervention,60 cases)and routine group(conventional delivery,60 cases).The pain during childbirth,the mode of delivery,perineal laceration of vaginal delivery,and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the conventional group(8.33%vs.28.33%,P<0.05).The degree of perineal laceration of vaginal delivery in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidences of neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group(1.67%vs.13.33%,0.00%vs.10.00%;P<0.05).Conclusion Hypnosis and analgesia in low-risk maternal delivery can reduce maternal pain,reduce the incidence of cesarean section,reduce the degree of perineal laceration,and reduce the incidences of related pregnancy complications.
