摘　　要：研究分析了通州区防汛信息系统的结构框架和开发环境,重点论述通州区防汛信息系统的设计与实现,对防汛信息系统的实现效果做了必要的研究与探讨,为相关建设提供参考。The structure frame and development environment of flood control information system in Tongzhou District were studied and analyzed.The design and implementation of flood control information system in Tongzhou District were mainly discussed.The necessary research and discussion on the effect of flood control information system were made to provide reference for related c onstruction.
