摘  要:水闸工程中卷扬式启闭机加钢质平板闸门的启闭形式运用较广。在工程运行过程中,启闭机闸门飞车是易发事故和常见故障,对工程的安全运行存在较大隐患。详细分析了启闭机闸门飞车形成的原因和危害,通过在万福闸同轴主副卷筒固定卷扬式启闭机的三相异步电动机输出轴侧安装一套速度传感器装置,将产生飞车的信号输入到电动机控制回路中,引导电动机进入制动工况,使闸门平稳匀速下降,可有效避免启闭机闸门飞车事故的发生。The opening and closing forms of winch hoist and steel flat gate are widely used in sluice engineering.In the process of engineering operation,the gate runaway of hoist is a prone accident and a common fault,which has great hidden dangers to the safe operation of the project.The causes and hazards of gate runaway of the hoist gate were analyzed in detail.By installing a speed sensor device on the output shaft side of the three-phase asynchronous motor of the fixed winch hoist with the coaxial main and auxiliary drum of Wanfu Brake,The signal generated by the gate runaway was input into the motor control loop to guide the motor into the braking condition,so as to make the gate drop steadily and uniformly,which could effectively avoid the occurrence of the gate runaway accident.
