三伏三九贴止咳、祛痰、平喘作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三伏三九贴对实验动物的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。方法采用小鼠浓氨水喷雾法、大鼠毛细玻管法观察三伏三九贴的止咳、祛痰作用;采用组胺致豚鼠哮喘和卵清蛋白引发豚鼠过敏性哮喘试验观察三伏三九贴的平喘作用。结果三伏三九贴能明显延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,并可减少咳嗽次数,增加大鼠痰液分泌量,延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期和哮喘潜伏期并减轻哮喘症状。结论三伏三九贴具有明显的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。Objective To investigate the antitussive,expectorant and anti-asthmatic effects of Sanfusanjiu Paste on the experimental animals.Methods Through concentrated ammonia water spray method in mice and capillary sputum excretion method in rats,the antitussive and expectorant effects of Sanfusanjiu Paste were observed.Through the experiments of asthma induced by histamine and allergic asthma induced by ovalbumin in guinea pigs,the asthmatic effect of Sanfusanjiu Paste was observed.Results Sanfusanjiu Paste could significantly prolong the incubation period of cough and reduce the frequency of cough in mice,increase the secretion of sputum in rats,prolong the latency of asthma induction and asthma in guinea pigs,and alleviate the symptoms of asthma.Conclusion Sanfusanjiu Paste has obvious antitussive,expectorant and anti-asthmatic effects.
