癌痛规范化病房创建活动中临床药师作用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在癌痛规范化病房创建活动中的工作内容及价值。方法从规范麻醉药品管理、参与癌痛规范化治疗、用药教育3个方面分析创建活动中临床药师的重要作用。结果临床药师能在癌痛药物规范管理、合理用药、治疗癌痛评估、癌痛治疗方案、药品不良反应及相互作用等方面参与癌痛治疗并提供有效建议。结论在癌痛规范化病房创建活动中,临床药师能在药理学、药物治疗学等方面给癌痛治疗团队提供专业建议。Objective To investigate the work content and value of clinical pharmacists in the establishment of the standardized ward for cancer pain.Methods The important role of clinical pharmacists in the establishment activities was analyzed from 3 aspects:standardizing the management of narcotic drugs,participating in the standardized treatment of cancer pain and medication education.Results Clinical pharmacists could participate in cancer pain treatment and provide effective suggestions in standardized management of cancer pain drugs,rational drug use,evaluation of cancer pain treatment,cancer pain treatment plans,adverse drug reactions and interactions.Conclusion In the establishment of the standardized ward for cancer pain,clinical pharmacists can provide professional advice in pharmacology,pharmacotherapy and so on.
