摘　　要：目的为拟建零售药房的医疗机构提供参考。方法根据医院的前期筹备工作,结合相关政策,对医疗机构零售药房建立的意义及存在的问题进行分析。结果与结论医疗机构建立零售药房,有满足临床用药需求、方便患者购买、减少医疗事故风险等诸多优点,但需结合自身实际情况和当地政策规划布局,并需解决好设计建设、运营模式、产权结构、规避政策风险等问题。Objective To provide a reference for the establishment of retail pharmacies in medical institutions.Methods According to the preparatory work and related policies,the significance and existing problems of the establishment of retail pharmacies were analyzed.Results and Conclusion The establishment of retail pharmacies in medical institutions has many advantages,such as meeting the needs of clinical medication,facilitating patients'purchase,reducing the risk of medical accidents,etc.However,it is necessary to integrate its own actual situation and local policy planning and layout,and to solve the problems of design construction,operation mode,property right structure,avoidance of policy risks and so on.
