摘　　要：为适应四川省川西高寒高海拔地区高速公路沥青路面建设的需要,研发了高低温性能优异兼具温拌效果的宽温域温拌改性沥青。通过沥青常规指标、PG分级、多应力重复蠕变恢复、LAS试验等试验评价了宽温域温拌改性沥青的性能,并与四川常用SBS改性沥青进行对比,然后采用变温马歇尔、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂、Overlay Teset等试验分析了宽温域温拌改性沥青混合料的温拌效果和使用性能。结果表明,研发的宽温域温拌改性沥青PG分级可达PG64-34,拌制的沥青混合料具有温拌效果和优异的高低温性能,能满足川西高寒高海拔地区对沥青路面性能的需求。In order to meet the needs of highway asphalt pavement construction in severe cold and high altitude regions,wide temperature range warm-mixed asphalt with excellent high and low temperature performance were developed.The performance of warm-mixed asphalt was defined by asphalt conventional indexes,PG classification,multiple stress repeated creep recovery test and LAS test,and it is compared with Sichuan provincial common SBS modified asphalt.Then,the performance and using effects of wide temperature range warm-mixed asphalt mixture was analyzed by Marshall Test,ruting test,low temperature bending test,freeze-thaw splitting test and overload test.Results show that the PG classification of warm-mixed asphalt can be PG 64-34.The warm-mixed mixture has excellent high and low temperature and water stability performance.The warm-mixed asphalt mixture is very suitable for Sichuan Westem severe cold and high altitude regions.
