摘 要:西沙邮轮航线因其特殊性和唯一性,备受游客青睐。2013年至今,该航线运行五年多,目前已属常态化运营。在对参加过西沙邮轮旅游的游客进行问卷调查的基础上,分析西沙邮轮旅游市场的消费行为特征,特别是游客满意度,从而得出相应的结论与对策,以期对提升游客忠诚度、邮轮企业竞争力及盈利能力有正面促进作用。Due to its particularity and uniqueness,Xisha Cruise Line is highly appreciated by tourists.Since 2013,the route has been in operation for more than five years and is now in normal operation.On the basis of questionnaire survey on tourists who have participated in Xisha cruise tourism,this paper analyzes the consumer behavior characteristics of Xisha cruise tourism market,especially the satisfaction of tourists,and draws the corresponding conclusions and countermeasures in order to have a positive promotion effect on improvement of the loyalty of tourists,the competitiveness and profitability of cruise enterprise.
