摘 要:为了实现破片对高速运动小目标的斜向高效、均匀侵彻,根据爆轰波传播特点和爆炸驱动理论,设计了一种斜向破片式战斗部。以2 mm厚Q235钢板为目标,借助于数值模拟和试验考察分析了战斗部结构、起爆方式等对破片侵彻能力和散布密度、散布均匀性的影响。结果表明:破片在52. 3度斜向角内对2 mm厚的Q235的穿透率达96. 6%,破片在该方向范围内散布均匀,三点起爆方式更有利于提高破片散布均匀性和速度一致性。In order to realize the efficient and uniform penetration of oblique fragments into small targets with high velocity,an oblique fragment warhead was designed according to the propagation characteristics of detonation waves and explosion driven theory.Taking a Q235 steel plate with the thickness 2 mm as the target,numerical simulation and tests were carried out to study the influence of warhead structure and initiation mode on the penetration ability,distribution density and uniformity of dispersion of the fragments.The results show that more than 96.6%fragments penetrate through the target within an oblique angle of 52.3 degrees,and the fragments distribute uniformly in this area,three points detonation mode is beneficial for improving uniformity of distribution and velocities of the fragments.
