摘  要:针对天然气处理厂生产工艺的冷却系统能耗较高的问题,通过分析其萃取精馏系统的生产工艺状况,将现场生产实际和理论相结合,确定了用循环水代替冷水机组的冷水的可能性,提出了冷水循环优化工艺,并对现有工艺进行改造,应用表明:通过工艺改造,处理厂全年停运冷水机组,利用循环水代替冷水为T-308塔顶冷凝器提供冷水,全年节省用电量为24.24万度,节约电费14.544万元,实现了节能降耗的初衷,提高了资源使用效率。Aiming at the high energy consumption of the cooling system of the production process of the second gas treatment plant of the natural gas processing plant.By analyzing the production process status of the extractive distillation system,combining the actual field production with the theory,the possibility of replacing the cold water of the chiller with circulating water was determined,and the optimization process of the cold water cycle was proposed,and the existing process was modified.The application shows that through the process transformation,the treatment plant stops the chiller throughout the year,and uses the circulating water instead of the cold water to provide cold water for the T-308overhead condenser.The annual electricity consumption is 242,400kWh,and the electricity cost is 145,440yuan.The original intention of saving energy and reducing consumption was realized,and the efficiency of resource utilization was improved.
