术前采取耳穴压豆配合心理疏导提高肛肠疾病患者围术期镇痛效果的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆配合心理疏导提高肛肠疾病患者临床围术期的镇痛效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2017年9月至我院肛肠科住院2012例肛肠疾病手术患者,随机分为择期开台和接台手术两大类,择期开台的1034例手术患者为实验组,接台978例手术患者为对照组,术中每30 min及术后48 h内访视患者2次,对照组常规配合,实验组术前30 min开展耳穴压豆并辅以心理疏导。结果:镇痛效果、满意度均好于对照组,发生便秘、尿潴留的比率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:术前采取耳穴压豆配合心理疏导能提高肛肠疾病手术患者围术期的镇痛效果,降低并发症,提高患者的生活质量与满意度,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze analgesic efficacy during perioperative period of press beans at pionts plus psychological guidance before operation on anorectal diseases.Methods:2012 hospitalized cases were divided into the experiment group(selective operation,1034 cases)and the control group(consecutive operation,978 cases)according to the different methods before operation.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experiment group was given press beans at pionts plus psychological guidance.Results:The analgesic effect and satisfaction in the experiment group was significantly better than the control group;and incidence of constipation and urinary retention was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:Press beans at pionts plus psychological guidance on patients with anorectal diseases during perioperative period can improve the analgesic effect,decrease the complication rate,improve satisfaction and the quality of life,and is more practical in the clinical appliance.
