摘　　要：目的:分析低频脉冲刺激穴位治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选择我院自2016年2月-2017年12月收治的87例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组44例给予常规西医疗法,观察组43例在对照组基础上联合低频脉冲刺激穴位治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组临床有效率为86.05%,明显低于对照组63.64%(P <0.05);经治疗后,观察组TCSS总分为(7.09±1.06)分,明显低于对照组的(8.25±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用低频脉冲刺激穴位治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效,可以借鉴。Objective:To analyze efficacy of low-frequency pulse stimulation at acupoints on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:87 patients were randomly divided into two groups.44 patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine;43 patients in the observation group were given low-frequency pulse stimulation at acupoints.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was 86.05%,and significantly lower than 63.64%in the control group(P<0.05).The TCSS score in the observation group was(7.09±1.06)points,which significantly lower than(8.25±0.79)points in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency pulse stimulation at acupoints on diabetic peripheral neuropathy shows a good effect,can be used as a reference
