手术室细节护理对老年腹腔镜手术患者的影响作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究手术室细节护理的应用对老年腹腔镜手术患者的影响。方法:在2015年1月-2017年12月我院收治的老年腹腔镜手术患者中选出86例,以随机数表法分组,对照组患者接受常规手术室护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受手术室细节护理,对比两组患者的围手术期指标。结果:观察组患者手术时间短于对照组,且焦虑发生率(16.28%)和抑郁发生率(25.58%)均低于对照组的37.21%、46.51%,P <0.05。结论:手术室细节护理可缓解老年腹腔镜手术患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的手术治疗配合度,促使手术的顺利进行,值得推广。Objective:To study efficacy of operating room detail nursing on elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2017,86 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing;and the observation group was given operating room detail nursing more.Results:The operation time in the observation group was shorter.In the observation groups,the incidence of anxiety was 16.28%and the incidence of depression was 25.58%,lower than 37.21%and 46.51%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Operating room detail nursing on elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can alleviate anxiety and depression and improve the degree of surgical treatment.It is worth promoting.
