摘　　要：目的了解重症医学科高风险医疗设备电气安全的基本情况,发现医疗设备电气安全存在的问题,做出相应措施,保证设备的良好运行,确保医护人员和患者的安全。方法采用ES601型电气安全检测仪,严格按照检测规范要求对五类47台高风险医疗设备进行电气安全检测。结果电气安全初次检测合格率为78.72%,修复后检测合格率为100%,不合格指标主要是由保护接地阻抗过大引起。结论做好高风险医疗设备的日常维护保养,定期进行电气安全检测,定期对设备操作人员进行操作及日常维护培训,可有效地防止电气安全事故的发生,保证医疗设备的安全使用。Objective To understand the basic situation of electrical safety of the high-risk medical equipments in Intensive Care Unit,discover the potential problems of electrical safety of medical equipments,and make corresponding measures to ensure the good operation of the equipments and the safety of medical staffs and patients.Methods The ES601-type electrical safety tester was applied to conduct electrical safety inspections on five kinds of 47 high-risk medical devices in strict accordance with the requirements of the inspection specifications.Results At the initial test,the pass rate of electrical safety was 78.72%,and the pass rate after repair was 100%.The unqualified index was mainly caused by the excessive protective grounding impedance.Conclusion The routine maintenance of high risk medical equipments,regular electrical safety inspection,and regular operation and daily maintenance training for equipment operators can effectively prevent electrical safety accidents and ensure the safe use of medical equipments.
