摘　　要：目的开发疫情监测与上报管理系统,解决传统手工操作造成的漏报、误报和迟报等问题。方法采用.NET技术和SQL SERVER数据库,通过接口与医院的HIS、LIS、PACS等系统对接,对各系统中的数据自动监测和分析,自动提取相关信息,辅助工作人员形成报告卡。结果系统具有报卡提醒、填写、审核、监测管理和统计分析等功能,实现疾病上报全过程的自动化管理。结论极大地提高了工作效率,减轻了医护人员的工作量,降低漏报率或误报率,提高了医院的公共卫生管理水平。Objective In order to solve the problems caused by traditional manual operation,such as missed report,false report and late report,the epidemic situation monitoring and reporting management system was developed.Methods The NET technology and SQL SERVER database were used to interface with HIS,LIS,PACS and other systems of the hospital.The system could automatically monitor and analyze the data in each system,automatically extract relevant information,and assist the staff to form a report card.Results The system had the functions of card reminder,filling in,auditing,monitoring management and statistical analysis,which realized the automatic management of the whole process of disease reporting.Conclusion It greatly improves the work efficiency,reduces the workload of medical staff,reduces the rate of false alarm or false alarm,and improves the level of public health management in hospitals.
