摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺辅助参松养心胶囊对频发室性早搏(VPC)患者的疗效及室性早搏指数(VPI)的影响。方法:依据随机数字表法将本院收治的80例频发VPC患者分为研究组与对照组,各40例。两组均采用常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上联合针刺及参松养心胶囊治疗,两组连续治疗4周。统计两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后中医症状评分变化,并进行24 h动态心电图检查,记录室性早搏次数、VP及心率震荡、HRV指标的变化情况。结果:治疗后研究组总有效率(87. 50%)显著高于对照组(70. 00%)(P <0. 05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组中医症候在心悸、眩晕、胸闷气短、耳鸣方面的积分下降(P <0. 01),且研究组较对照组降低更为明显(P <0. 05或P <0. 01);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组室性早搏次数减少,且研究组低于对照组(P <0. 01);两组VPI升高(P <0. 01),且研究组高于对照组(P <0. 01);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组TS及SDNN、SDNN-Index、PNN50升高(P <0. 01),且研究组高于对照组(P <0. 01);两组TO降低(P <0. 01),且研究组显著低于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论:针刺辅助参松养心胶囊可提高频发VPC患者VPI,下调室性早搏次数,改善患者心率震荡和HRV,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture assisted by Shensong Yangxin Capsule on ventricular premature index in patients with frequent ventricular premature beat(VPB).Methods:80 patients with frequent VPB were randomly divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The two groups were treated with routine western medication;on which basis,the study group was treated with acupuncture and Shensong Yangxin Capsule.The treatment course was four weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed,the changes of TCM symptom scores were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups,and the 24h dynamic electrocardiogram examination were carried out,and the number of ventricular premature beat,as well as the indexes of VPI,heart rate turbulence(HRT),and HRV were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms,such as palpitation,dizziness,chest tightness,and tinnitus significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01);of which the study group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The number of ventricular premature beat decreased obviously after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the study group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.01).VPI was increased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).TS,SDNN,SDNN-Index and PNN50 were increased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).TO was decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsule can increase VPI of the patients with frequent VPC,it can reduce the number of premature ventricular beat and improve HRT and HRV,which is worthy of cli
