针药法对高脂血症模型大鼠血管保护作用对比研究

摘　　要：目的:评价微针结合调脂饮改善高脂血症模型SD大鼠血脂水平的功效及对血管保护作用的影响。方法:采用常规高脂血症模型SD大鼠造模方法,予高脂饲料喂养,制备高脂血症动物模型。合格模型随机分组,分为模型组、对照组、针药组,给药时间为28天,观察指标选择血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,采用氧化酶法检测模型大鼠血脂四项变化,采用PCR检测Mash1mRNA、Hes5mRNA。结果:针药组和对照组均能显著改善高脂血症模型大鼠血清中血脂四项水平,并且能改善血管内皮NotchlmRNA、Hesl/5mRNA水平,对血管具有显著修复作用,针药组改善作用优于对照组,同时,急性毒理试验证明调脂饮各剂量均安全无毒。结论:微针结合调脂饮对高脂血症模型大鼠降血脂效果显著,同时对血管修复作用显著,优于单纯给药。Objective:To evaluate the effect of microacupuncture combined with Tiaozhi Yin on improving the level of blood lipid and its vascular protection in SD rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods:SD rats were fed with high fat diet to establish the model of hyperlipidemia.Qualified models were randomly divided into the model group,the control group(Tiaozhi Yin)and the combination group(Tiaozhi Yin+Microneedling).The intervention time was 28 days.The serum levels of lipids,i.e.TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C,were detected by oxidase method.The expressions of Mash1mRNA and Hes5mRNA were detected by PCR.Results:The control group and the combination group could significantly reduce the levels of serum lipids and improve the expressions of NotchlmRNA and Hesl/5mRNA in vascular endothelium to significantly repair the blood vessels;of which the combination group was better than the control group.Meanwhile,the acute toxicological test showed that Tiaozhi Yin was safe and non-toxic.Conclusion:Microneedling combined with Tiaozhi Yin has significant effect on reducing blood lipids and repairing blood vessel in model rats,which is superior to single medication.
