摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)多见于老年患者,且大部分病情较顽固、治疗困难,临床上常采用综合疗法。笔者查阅文献,从中医针法、灸法、中药、西药、物理疗法及中西医结合疗法等方面归纳了PHN的治疗方法,发现针刺疗效优于西药,并浅析当前PHN临床治疗研究中存在的不足,期待今后有更多关于针灸治疗PHN的设计科学合理的研究。Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is more common in elder patients,and most of them are stubborn and difficult to treat,comprehensive treatment is always applied.This study summarized the literatures of acupuncture,moxibustion,Chinese medicinal,western medicinal,physical therapy,and the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of PHN,it found that acupuncture was superior to western medicinal.This study also analyzed the defects of the current research of clinical treatment of PHN.More scientific and logical research on acupuncture treatment for PHN is expected from now on.
