摘  要:在轻载或空载情况下,倍流整流电路因其二次侧电流仍能在逆变桥输出为零状态时反射到一次侧,增强了变压器一次侧电流,为变换器在轻载或空载情况下实现软开关提供了有利条件。该变换器可以在不需要谐振电感或变压器漏感的情况下,将滤波电感电流反射到一次侧,实现全开关管的零电压开关。此外,倍流整流变换器可以有效克服全波整流软开关变换器存在占空比丢失的问题。鉴于倍流整流变换器的优点,它常被用于低压大电流场合。因此,通过PSpice软件对该倍流整流电路进行仿真研究,以此为实际电路的搭建提供依据。In the light or no-load case,the secondary side current of the current doubler rectifier circuit can still reflect to the primary side when the output of the inverter bridge is zero,which enhances the primary side current of the transformer,and provides favorable conditions for the soft-switching of the converter in the light or no-load case.The converter can reflect the filter inductance current to the primary side without the need of resonant inductance or transformer leakage inductance,and realize zero voltage switching of the full switching transistor.In addition,the double-current rectifier converter can effectively overcome the duty cycle loss of full-wave rectifier soft-switching converter.In view of the advantages of current doubler rectifier converter,it is often used in low voltage and high current situations.Therefore,PSpice software is used to simulate the current doubler rectifier circuit in order to provide a basis for the construction of the actual circuit.
