摘 要:传统二极管整流的反激DC/DC变换器整流损耗较大、效率低,而同步整流技术由于其导通损耗小、控制线路简单,可以有效提升低压大电流输出反激式变换器的效率。因此,研究一种电流型自驱动同步整流反激变换器线路,给出电流型驱动的优缺点和应用注意事项,并详细计算整流损耗和效率提升值。最后,采用一款抗辐照反激式同步整流DC/DC变换器进行实验验证,结果表明同步整流技术可以大幅提升反激变换器的转换效率。Traditional diode rectifier flyback DC/DC converter has high rectification loss and low efficiency,while synchronous rectification technology can effectively improve the efficiency of low voltage and high current output flyback converter because of its low conduction loss and simple control circuit.Therefore,a current-mode self-driving synchronous rectifier flyback converter circuit is studied.The advantages and disadvantages of current-mode drive and its application precautions are given,and the rectification losses and efficiency enhancement values are calculated in detail.Finally,an antiirradiation flyback synchronous rectifier DC/DC converter is used for experimental verification.The results show that the synchronous rectifier technology can greatly improve the conversion efficiency of flyback converter.
