摘　　要：室内单芯软光缆生产流程集合了挤出工艺的大部分原理,结构、设备与工艺参数虽然简单,但操作复杂、注意事项较多。因此,根据实际生产情况,介绍了室内单芯软光缆的具体生产设备及其主要部件,详细阐述了各主要部件在实际生产中的功能和用途,并总结了生产中出现的主要问题,寻找问题的原因逐一进行分析。The production process of indoor single-core flexible fiber optic cable integrates most of the extrusion principles.Although the structure,equipment and process parameters are simple,the operation is complex and the matters needing attention are many.Therefore,according to the actual production situation,the specific production equipment and main components of indoor single-core soft optical cable are introduced.The functions and uses of the main components in actual production are elaborated in detail,and the main problems in production are summarized,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed one by one.
