推拿头针联合治疗小儿脑瘫性斜视的初步临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察推拿和头针联合治疗小儿脑瘫性斜视的临床疗效。方法将60例年龄在6～72个月之间的脑瘫性斜视患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组。其中研究组30例,进行推拿、头针联合治疗,对照组30例进行推拿治疗。以斜视度作为观察指标,疗程结束后观察斜视矫正效果。结果治疗4个月后,研究组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,研究组疗效优于对照组。综合2组治疗效果,与患儿智力障碍程度相关性分析,c2=20.85,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义,总的治疗效果与患儿智力障碍程度有相关性,r=0.59。研究组和对照组的治疗效果与患儿智力障碍程度之间的相关性分析,相关系数分别为:研究组r=0.607,对照组r=0.642,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿、头针联合对矫正小儿脑瘫性斜视有明显疗效。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of massage and scalp acupuncture on infantile cerebral palsy strabismus.METHODS 60 infants with strabismus due to cerebral palsy were randomly divided into research group and control group.30 infants in research group were treated with tuina and scalp acupuncture while 30 infants in the control group were treated with tuina.Using the degree of strabismus as the observation index,the effect of strabismus was observed after the course of treatment.RESULTS After 4 months of treatment,the effective rate of the research group was 96.67%which was better than result of control group(83.33%).Combination analysis of therapeutic effects mental retardation degree of subjects in two groups indicated statistical significance between them(c2=20.85,P=0.000)and the total therapeutic effect was correlated with the degree of mental retardation(r=0.59).Correlation analysis between therapeutic effect and mental retardation degree showed r=0.607 in research group and r=0.642 in control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The combined treatment of tuina and scalp acupuncture had obvious effect on infantile strabismus due to cerebral palsy.
