影响针刺治疗眼科疾病疗效相关因素的研究进展

摘　　要：通过对近10年针刺治疗眼科疾病的文献进行梳理,从针刺手法、针感、针法及辨证取穴四个方面进行分析研究,结果发现:(1)针刺平补平泻手法及补泻手法在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,视神经萎缩,青光眼,弱视等眼病上有广泛的临床应用,并有较为满意的临床疗效。(2)在针刺治疗眼病的过程中,针感与临床疗效也密切相关。(3)应用"调理脾胃针法"等针法治疗眼病可取得较好的临床疗效。(4)应用"灵龟八法"等方法辨证选穴治疗眼病可取得较好的临床疗效,在临床中具有很强的借鉴意义。Through literature of recent 10 years involving eye disease managed by acupuncture,this paper studied from four aspects as acupuncture techniques,needling sensation,needling methods and points selection by disease differentiation.The results showed that:(1)neutral supplementation and draining method,supplementation,draining method were mostly widely used in treatment of diabetic retinopathy,optic atrophy,glaucoma and received relatively satisfactory clinical effect.(2)In the process of acupuncture treatment of eye diseases,the needling sensation was closely related to the clinical effect.(3)Acupuncture method of regulating spleen and stomach typically gave birth to great effects in treatment of eye disease.(4)Points selection according to eightfold method of the sacred tortoise tended to yield favorable effects thus it provided a great reference in clinic.
