热敷疗法的改良及其在眼科疾患中的应用

摘　　要：热敷疗法是一种古老的治疗疾病的方法,因其简便易行,收效迅速,一直沿用至今。它能使局部的毛细血管扩张,血液循环加速,起到消炎、消肿、祛寒湿、减轻疼痛、消除疲劳的作用。近年来,随着中西医结合治疗的广泛推广,热敷疗法也成为治疗许多眼科疾患重要的辅助手段。本文就热敷疗法改良及其在眼科的应用进行经验总结。Hot compress therapy is an ancient way to treat diseases,and it has been used consistently till now for its convenience and effectiveness.It can make local capillary dilatation,accelerate blood circulation to play the role of anti-inflammatory,reducing swelling,dispelling cold and dampness,relieving pain and eliminating fatigue.In recent years,with the extensive promotion of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,hot compress therapy becomes an important auxiliary method for treating many eye diseases.This paper reviewed the improvement of hot compress therapy and its application in ophthalmology.
