摘 要:本文针对压缩打捆机构及曲柄因振动容易产生疲劳损坏等问题,应用模态分析理论和谐响应分析相结合的方法,分析打捆机压缩曲柄滑块机构及曲柄的振动特性及振型特点,并通过仿真对打捆机构及曲柄进行变形分析,提取变形关键点,应用谐响应分析的方法获取关键点的最大峰值和共振点频率范围。分析结果显示:在曲柄上下端面及与连杆交界处易发生较大变形,当振动频率为100.81 Hz、126.11 Hz、278.6 Hz时,曲柄易发生共振现象。针对问题提出解决方案:可采用在铰接处焊接加强板或加固螺栓的方法避开共振频率,为整机设计提供理论依据。In this paper,aiming at problems such as fatigue damage due to vibrationfor compression baling and crank,application of the theory of modal analysis and harmonious response analysis method,analysis of compressed slider-crank mechanism and the vibration characteristic of the crank and modal characteristics,and find out the deformation zone distribution through the simulation,the deformation area is extracted key point harmonic response analysis was carried out on the crank,access to key points of maximum peak and frequency of resonance point.The analysis results shows that:face up and down in a crank and connecting rod junction,prone to large deformation when the vibration frequency of 100.81 Hz,126.11 Hz,278.6 Hz,crank resonance occur easily.In view of the problem put forward the solution:use at the hinge welding reinforcing plate or tightening bolt fixing method to avoid the resonance frequency,as to provide theoretical basis for the whole machine design.
