摘  要:目的从新零售服务视角出发,针对现代城市物流最后一公里派送工具的设计进行研究,基于新零售服务的背景及特点,欲设计研发符合用户需求的新型物流派送工具,以期提升用户体验。方法基于新零售服务的概念,通过市场调查、用户研究、数据分析以及对现有常用物流派送工具优缺点进行对比与分析,挖掘用户需求和现有物流派送工具的设计点,总结物流派送工具的设计原则,并以此为指导设计出新零售服务背景下既能满足用户需求,又能满足市场需求的新型物流派送工具。结论总结出了符合新零售服务背景下用户和市场多样化需求的3点设计原则,并验证了该方法的有效性,力求解决物流最后一公里精准派送的问题,从而带来更好的用户体验。The work aims to study the design of the last kilometer delivery tool of modern urban logistics from the perspective of new retail service and design and develop a new logistics delivery tool that meets the needs of users in order to enhance the user experience based on the background and characteristics of the new retail service.Based on the concept of new retail service,analysis and comparison were carried out through market survey,user research,data analysis and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing common logistics delivery tools to explore user demands and design points of logistics delivery tools and summarize the design principles of the logistics delivery tools.With this as guidance,the new logistics delivery tool that meets user demands and market needs under the new retail background was designed.Three design principles that meet the diversified needs of users and markets in the context of new retail services are summarized,and the effectiveness of this method is verified to solve the problem of precise delivery of the last kilometer of logistics,thus bringing better user experience.
