摘  要:本试验旨在研究日粮纤维对吉林白鹅免疫器官指数及肠道黏膜微生物多样性的影响。选取体重均匀的5周龄的吉林白鹅80只,随机分为4个试验组,每组20只。Ⅰ和Ⅱ组以秸秆为纤维源,水平分别为5%和8%,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组以苜蓿为纤维源,水平分别为5%和8%。测定吉林白鹅免疫器官指数,并采用PCR-DGGE技术对鹅肠道黏膜定植菌进行测定。结果表明,日粮纤维水平显著的提升了胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P <0. 05),但对腔上囊无显著影响(P> 0. 05)。吉林白鹅各肠段黏膜定植微生物多样性随纤维水平的提高而提高,其中优势菌瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus obeum)、梭状芽孢杆菌属(Clostridium saccharoperbutylacetonicum)、戊糖片球菌(Pediococcus pentosaceus)数量增加。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of dietary fiber on immune organ index,and biochemical index of blood and mucosa colonization microbial diversity of Jilin white goose. 80 of 5 weeks old Jilin white goose were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 in each test group. Fiber levels were 5% and 8% for straw and alfalfa fiber source (Ⅰ: fiber level of 5% straw;Ⅱ: fiber level of 8% straw;Ⅲ: fiber level of 5% alfalfa;Ⅳ: fiber level of 8% alfalfa). To evaluate the effects of dietary fiber on immune organ index,colonization of bacteria was determined by PCR-DGGE technology. The test results showed that:dietary fiber levels significantly increased the thymus index,spleen index,while the fiber level on the bursa of the impact was not significant. With the increase of dietary fiber levels,duodenum,jejunum,ileum,Jilin goose,cecal mucosa colonization microbial diversity increased,and the dominant bacteria Ruminococcus,Clostridium,and Pediococcus pentosaceus increased in number.
