摘　　要：为监测阴性种猪免疫猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗的抗体,采用ELISA法,通过S/P平均值、S/P区间分布、CV值和抗体阳性率进行分析。结果发现,接种PRRS活疫苗20周,公猪和母猪S/P平均值为0. 56和0. 68,S/P值处于0. 4～2. 0区间比例为61. 11%和71. 93%,CV值为55%和61%,抗体阳性率为61. 11%和73. 68%,表明免疫20周保护效果良好。同时二免还能提高母猪S/P平均值、抗体阳性率和整齐度。To monitor the antibody of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome live vaccine in negative breeding pigs by ELISA.S/P mean,S/P interval distribution,CV values and antibody positive rate were analyzed.The results showed that 20 weeks after the first immunization of PRRS live vaccine,S/P mean was 0.56 and 0.68,the ratio of S/P values between 0.4 to 2.0 were 61.11%and 71.93%,CV values were 55%and 61%,and antibody positive rate were 61.11%and 73.68%in boars and sows The results suggest that the immune protection effect is good within 20 weeks;With the second immunization,S/P mean,antibody positive rate and uniformity in sows were increased.
