奇异变形杆菌抑制犬乳腺肿瘤小鼠模型的肿瘤生长和肺脏转移

摘　　要：小动物临床的肿瘤病例呈逐年上升的趋势,恶性肿瘤是犬因疾病死亡的重要因素之一,因此肿瘤治疗的相关研究受到临床兽医师和研究者的关注。犬乳腺肿瘤的发病率高,目前临床的治疗方法主要包括外科手术切除和化疗药物治疗,但这些治疗方法很难控制肿瘤的复发和转移,具有一定的局限性。本研究发现,奇异变形杆菌能抑制犬乳腺肿瘤小鼠异种移植肿瘤的生长和自发性肺脏转移,为细菌疗法在小动物临床应用提供了重要的参考价值。The tumor in the small animal has been increasing over time,and malignant tumor is one of the important diseases that cause animals death. Therefore,many veterinaries and researchers pay more attentions to the tumor treatment. The canine mammary tumor is common in clinic. The surgery and chemotherapy are used to deal with the mammary tumor. However,they can’t inhibit the tumor recurrence and metastasis. In our study,we found that proteus mirabilis inhibited cancer growth and pulmonary metastasis in a mouse xenograft breast cancer model,implying that it might have a great value for applying the bacteria therapy in the small animal tumor treatment.
