基于专利组合的中药企业专利威胁预警分析

摘　　要：目的:对前期构建的专利威胁预警模型进行指标测度的细化,对吉林省创新主导型中药企业进行专利威胁预警等级分析。方法:运用专利组合分析法从技术差距、技术差异、技术成熟度和技术研发重点4个维度,为企业发展战略的制定提供参考,为其他医药企业进行专利威胁预警提供参考依据。对修正药业专利威胁进行专利组合分析的结果形成可视化企业专利威胁预警模型。结果:发现修正药业共有15个技术领域,受到5种等级专利威胁,其中A61P17与A61P29两个领域受到严重威胁。结论:修正药业的专利威胁主要因为专利差异低、与竞争对手相似性高。因此,对修正药业和受到其他类型专利威胁的中药企业提出了提高其自身研发能力的若干建议。Objective To elaborately divide the index measurement for established patent threat early warning models and to analyze the classification of patent threat early warning in Jilin innovative leading enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A visualized patent threat early warning model was established by patent fortfolio analysis of the patent threat to Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical Group Limited Company from its technological gap,technological difference,technological maturity and technological R&D key points.Results Fifteen technological domains,especially the A61P17 and A61P29 domains in Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical Group Limited Company were faced with patent threat.Conclusion The main reasons why Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical Group Limited Company is faced with patent threat are the low difference in patents and the high similarity with its competitors.Certain suggestions are thus put forward for Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical Group Limited Company and enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine facing other kinds of patent threat to strengthen their R&D ability.
