摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对四川大学华西医院医务、科研人员的学科信息需求及信息行为进行了调查,通过卡方检验分析了答题者基本特征对学科信息需求及信息行为的影响,提出了医院可采取嵌入式学科信息服务模式,根据不同的学科信息需求提供个性化信息服务,提高服务质量与效率。The subject information needs and information behaviors of medical staff and researchers in Sichuan University West China Hospital were investigated with questionnaires.The effect of question answers'basic characte ristics on subject information needs and information behaviors was analyzed byx2 test with suggestions proposed for hospitals to improve their service quality and efficacy by providing embedded and personalized information service for medical staff and researchers according to their subject information needs.
