中药复方治疗慢性焦虑症致失眠的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药复方治疗慢性焦虑症致失眠的临床效果。方法:采用医学研究观察法,选取2017年5月-2018年5月我院急诊科收治的72例焦虑症致失眠患者,依照医学实验研究需要,等分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,前者采用常规对症支持治疗,后者联合中药复方治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:应用中药复方治疗后,观察组睡眠指数显著增强,且失眠总改善率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组生理健康、心理健康、综合健康和整体健康水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药复方治疗慢性焦虑症致失眠的临床效果显著,可显著改善患者失眠症状程度,提高患者生活质量,值得大力推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Chinese medicine on insomnia caused by chronic anxiety disorder.Methods:72 cases of patients with insomnia caused by chronic anxiety disorder treated in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and according to the medical research needs,they were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group respectively,who received and the conventional support treatment and conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment respectively,the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients was observed.Results:The sleep index of the observation group was significantly increased after the treatment with compound Chinese medicine,and the improvement rate of insomnia was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of physical health,mental health,comprehensive health and overall health of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of compound Chinese medicine on insomnia caused by chronic anxiety disorder was significant,it could improve the degree of insomnia and the quality of life of patients.
