蒲地蓝口服液联合干扰素治疗手足口病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒲地蓝口服液联合干扰素治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法:抽取2016年4月-2018年6月90例手足口病患者随机分组。对照组给予干扰素治疗,观察组则给予干扰素联合蒲地蓝口服液治疗。比较两组好转率;皮疹、口腔溃疡、发热消退的时间、总住院天数;治疗前后患者炎症的平均监测水平、神志状态、食欲状况;治疗不良反应。结果:观察组好转率高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组皮疹、口腔溃疡、发热消退的时间、总住院天数优于对照组,P <0.05;治疗前两组炎症的平均监测水平、神志状态、食欲状况并无明显差异,P> 0.05;治疗后观察组炎症的平均监测水平、神志状态、食欲状况优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组治疗不良反应和对照组无明显差异,P> 0.05。结论:干扰素联合蒲地蓝口服液治疗手足口病的疗效确切,可更好改善患者的病情和预后,并缩短治疗的天数,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Pudilan oral liquid(蒲地蓝口服液)combined with interferon in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Method:A total of 90 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease from April 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected.The control group was treated with interferon,while the observation group was treated with interferon combined with Pudilan oral liquid(蒲地蓝口服液).The rate of improvement between the two groups,duration of rash,oral ulcer,fever resolution,total length of hospital stay;the average monitoring level,state of consciousness and state of appetite of the patients before and after treatment and treatment adverse reactions were compared.Result:The improvement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The duration of skin rash,oral ulcer,fever resolution and total hospitalization in the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the average monitoring level,state of consciousness and state of appetite between the two groups before treatment,P >0.05.The mean monitoring level,mental state and appetite status of the observation group were better than the control group after treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group,P >0.05.Conclusion:Pudilan oral liquid(蒲地蓝口服液)combined with interferon was effective in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease,which could better improve the condition and prognosis of the patients and shorten the treatment days and it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
